  • 3-4 sheets nori
  • 1/2 cup baked salmon, flaked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1-2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 sprigs green onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 pieces pickled ginger
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tamari sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook CAULIPOWER Riced Cauliflower in a skillet for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Top nori sheets with CAULIPOWER Riced Cauliflower, baked salmon, avocado, carrots, green onion, pickled ginger.
  3. Roll sushi with a sushi mat and slice.
  4. Mix mirin, rice vinegar, and tamari sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Drizzle sushi with sauce, dip, and enjoy
