Ingredients

  • salmon fillet
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • kewpie mayonnaise, to taste
  • sriracha, to taste
  • gluten-free soy sauce, to taste
  • 1/4-1/2 of an avocado, thinly sliced
  • kimchi, for serving
  • 1 package roasted seaweed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook CAULIPOWER Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower for 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated through.
  2. In a separate pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Remove salmon from pan and plate. Using a fork, shred up into small pieces and scoop CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Rice on top.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce, kewpie mayonnaise, and sriracha to taste and mix everything together.
  5. Top salmon cauliflower rice mixture with thinly sliced avocado and kimchi. Enjoy with roasted seaweed!
