Enjoy our gluten-free take on the viral salmon rice bowl everyone loves, with CAULIPOWER's Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower!
Ingredients
- salmon fillet
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- kewpie mayonnaise, to taste
- sriracha, to taste
- gluten-free soy sauce, to taste
- 1/4-1/2 of an avocado, thinly sliced
- kimchi, for serving
- 1 package roasted seaweed
Cooking Instructions
- Cook CAULIPOWER Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower for 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated through.
- In a separate pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove salmon from pan and plate. Using a fork, shred up into small pieces and scoop CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Rice on top.
- Drizzle soy sauce, kewpie mayonnaise, and sriracha to taste and mix everything together.
- Top salmon cauliflower rice mixture with thinly sliced avocado and kimchi. Enjoy with roasted seaweed!
