Cauliflower Egg Fry

Simple and tasty riced cauliflower scramble!

  • oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • salt, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Then add cumin seeds and onion, cooking until onion becomes fragrant.
  2. Add tomatoes, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then, add CAULIPOWER Sesame Citrus Style Riced Cauliflower.
  3. Continue cooking over medium heat. Add red chili powder, pepper, and salt to taste.
  4. Crack eggs in a small bowl and whisk until well combined. Pour eggs into pan with veggies and mix until well combined and eggs are cooked through.
