SHRIMPly Sub-LIME Foil Packs

Keep it SHRIMPle with these tasty baked shrimp foil packets with our keto-certified Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup diced green chilis
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 8-10 raw shrimps
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- cilantro, for garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat grill to 450 degrees.
- Combine black beans, green chilis, garlic, cumin, lime juice, raw shrimp, green onions, and lime zest in a bowl, and mix.
- Add CAULIPOWER Sesame Citrus Style Riced Cauliflower to two foil sheets. Then, top with shrimp mixture.
- Wrap foil sheets up and grill for 9-11 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
- Remove from grill, open foil packs, and garnish with cilantro and avocado slices. Serve immediately!
