In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp until just pink on both sides, 4-5 minutes. Transfer to plate, and season with paprika and turmeric.
Add some more oil to pan, and cook sausage for 4-5 minutes. Transfer to plate, and season with paprika and turmeric.
Add remaining tbsp oil to pan, and cook onion 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and rice for 2 minutes.
