Tacos With Cilantro Bitchin' Sauce

Be the TACO the town with our Cauliflower Tortillas topped with Chicken Tenders, Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower, and Bitchin' Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/4 avocado, thinly sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1 tbsp green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- cilantro chili Bitchin' Sauce
- cilantro, for garnish
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Remove CAULIPOWER Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders from freezer and cook according to packaging.
- Prepare CAULIPOWER Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower according to packaging.
- When CAULIPOWER Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders are done, slice, and let cool.
- In a small bowl, combine corn, green onion, tomato and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat CAULIPOWER Grain Free Tortillas in a skillet. Then top with rice, chicken tenders, tomato corn salsa, and avocado slices.
- Drizzle with cilantro chili Bitchin' sauce and serve immediately.
