  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • basil, for garnish
  • parmesan, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat with garlic and tomatoes. Cook for about 2 minutes until garlic softens. Then, add peas and corn, cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then, add the lemon zest and stir to incorporate. Remove from heat.
  2. Prepare CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Linguine according to package instructions.
  3. Add skillet with veggies back to heat. Incorporate noodles and a little pasta water mixing until veggies and pasta are well combined.
  4. Serve with garnishes and enjoy!
