LETTUCE let you in on a secret: with our Chicken Tenders dinner can be easy, gluten-free, and ready in under 25 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 4 butter lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup crumbled cheese, gorgonzola, blue cheese or feta
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- hot sauce, for garnish
- ranch, for garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Cook CAULIPOWER Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders according to package instructions.
- Add two lettuce leaves to each plate. Top with shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, and one CAULIPOWER Chicken Tender in each lettuce leaf.
- Drizzle each leaf with hot sauce and ranch. Then, garnish with crumbled cheese and chopped chives.
- Enjoy immediately!
