  • 6 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 3 Tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 bell pepper, julienned
  • 3 Tbsp buttermilk ranch

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from freezer toss with buffalo sauce.
  3. Cook the tenders for 14-15 minutes, flipping halfway for optimal crispy texture.
  4. While tenders are cooking, shred carrot and julienne bell pepper.
  5. Remove tenders from oven and slice lengthwise.
  6. Starting with the lettuce leaves, assemble your wrap with CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders, carrots, bell pepper, and buttermilk ranch. 
  7. Serve immediately.
