Ingredients

  • 1 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 half of lemon
  • 2 tbsp of butter (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and add frozen CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta to boiling water. Stir to loosen.
  2. Cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta for 3 minutes. Transfer 1 cup of pasta water to skillet. Drain water from CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta and transfer pasta to the skillet.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta. Slice the lemon halves in half and place them into the skillet.
  4. Add butter and stir into CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta until melted. Mix in parmesan, and add olive oil and salt to taste.
  5. Transfer CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta into a bowl or plate, add more parmesan on top and enjoy!
