This easy, veggie-loaded Gochujang Pasta is pure heaven!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free gochujang
  • 1/3 cup coconut or heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 1/2 cup pasta water

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, combine sesame oil, garlic, and gochujang paste. Once fragrant, reduce heat, add cream and whisk until well combined.
  2. While sauce simmers, cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Linguine according to package instructions.
  3. Add parmesan to sauce, pasta water, and noodles. Garnish with parmesan and enjoy!
