- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/4 cup chickpeas
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- Ranch dressing (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

- While tenders cook, assemble your bowl with: spinach, chickpeas, red onion, avocado, and feta cheese.
