Be the HalloQUEEN of Halloween with these easy, gluten-free Chicken Tender Mummies!

  • 1 package gluten-free pie dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ketchup or sriracha
  • optional: candy eyes

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Unroll the pastry dough and slice into 1/4 inch wide strips.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from freezer. Add to foil lined baking sheet wrapping each tender with the dough strips.
  3. Beat the egg in a small bowl with a splash of water. Brush the dough strips with the egg wash and sprinkle the dough with the parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the dough is browned and the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Place two drops of ketchup or sriracha near the top of each tender for the eyes. OPTIONAL: Place a candy eye on each of the drops. Enjoy!
