Cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pappardelle according to package instructions.
Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook gently until it softens and some pieces just start to brown. Season with a pinch of salt and turn off heat until ready to toss with pasta.
Add drained pasta to the garlic and oil, along with the chopped parsley. Toss gently, adding salt to taste.
Divide the pasta between two bowls, add your favorite sauces and toppings. Marinara with torn basil leaves, alfredo with grated parmesan and cracked black pepper, or pesto with toasted pine nuts.
