  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup pecorino
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2/3 cup pasta water

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Linguine according to package instructions. Then, drain pasta, reserving 2/3 cup pasta water.
  2. Combine butter and pepper in a skillet over medium heat. Then, add pasta water and cook until sauce begins to thicken.
  3. Add CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Linguine and cheese.
  4. Toss until well combined, and enjoy immediately.
