Let's taco 'bout how this Super Simple Shakshuka Taco recipe will get you through another WFH day!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- parsley
Cooking Instructions
- Remove CAULIPOWER Tortillas from freezer.
- In a pan, saute red bell peppers and onion. Add garlic powder and paprika.
- Set aside, and use the same skillet to scramble 3 eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside, and use same skillet to heat CAULIPOWER Tortillas on High for 30 seconds on each side.
- Top each taco with scrambled eggs, peppers and onion, tomato sauce, chopped parsley, and feta cheese.
- Serve Immediately.
