Ingredients

  • white fish fillet
  • 2-3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas from the pack and put on a sheet tray and spray lightly with cooking oil.
  3. Carefully drape each CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas over two bars of oven rack. Bake the tortillas at 375°F for about 7-10 minutes, or until crispy and golden-brown.
  4. Remove from oven and set aside.
  5. In a blender, puree jalapeño, salt, 1 tsp of cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add puree to yogurt and mix well.
  6. Place fish fillets on a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
  7. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  8. Sear fish on pan for 5 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  9. Build the taco with a layer of purple cabbage, seared fish and a generous drizzle of jalapeño lime sauce.
  10. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
