Who says #TacoTuesday at home can’t be soFISHticated?! Blackened Fish Tacos on our cauli tortillas are ready in minutes, not hours.
Ingredients
- blackened swordfish or cod
- red cabbage, chopped
- pineapple chunks
- red onion, finely chopped
- green bell peppers, finely chopped
- cilantro, finely chopped
- lime
- optional: sour cream, salsa
Cooking Instructions
- Remove CAULIPOWER Tortillas from freezer and cook on skillet for 30-45 seconds on each side over high heat.
- Top each taco with red cabbage, blackened fish, and pineapple salsa (pineapple chunks, red onion, green bell peppers, cilantro, lime).
- Garnish with cilantro and extra lime.
- Optional: add your favorite sauces
