Preheat oven to 425 degrees and bake CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders for 15-17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Sauté halved tomatoes and sliced mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat with butter.
Once vegetables are sautéed, add lemon, heavy cream and capers to skillet and reduce heat to low and simmer.
While skillet ingredients simmer, bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and add frozen CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta to boiling water. Stir to loosen.
Cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pasta for 3 minutes, drain, and toss into the skillet to combine ingredients. Plate with Chicken Tenders, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
