  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup roasted corn
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese
  • 1/4 cup tajin
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook Sweet PotaTOASTS on dark setting in toaster oven for 2 to 4 cycles or until heated through at desired consistency.
  2. Top with mashed avocado (can add lemon and salt if desired), roasted corn, cotija cheese, tajin, and cilantro.
