PEACHy Pesto Pizza

This burrata peach pesto pizza makes for the perfect summer bite, CRUST us!

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 2-3 tbsp oregano
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2-3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, for garnish
  • microgreens, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, discard packaging, and top with an even layer of basil pesto.
  3. Top with burrata and sliced peaches.
  4. Bake directly on the middle rack of the oven until cheese is melted and crust is a nice golden brown color, about 12-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with microgreens, basil, and oregano. Enjoy!
