Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 4 tbsp refried beans
  • 1/4 cup ground beef with taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or greek yogurt
  • cilantro for garnish
  • sliced jalapeños for garnish
  • optional: guacamole

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Pizza Crust from freezer and top with enchilada sauce, shredded cheese, refried beans, and ground beef.
  3. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from oven and top with sour cream, cilantro, guacamole, and sliced jalapeños.
  5. Slice and enjoy immediately!
