Grilled Peach Caprese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 2 peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 6 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze, to garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 400°F. Let the CAULIPOWER pizza crust thaw at room temperature while the grill preheats.
  2. Grease the grill and add the peaches slices. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side until soft and you see grill marks.
  3. Top the pizza crust with grilled peach slices, mozzarella, and place it directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  4. Remove from the grill and garnish with basil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
