CAUL It Pumpkin Pie

This gluten-free, lower sugar "Pumpkin Pie" recipe is the dessert hack you’ll be FALLing for all season long!

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/8 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, greek yogurt, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pizza crust from the freezer and top it with the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Cook pizza for 7-8 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove pizza from the oven and top with pecans along the edge of the crust, creating a full circle.
  6. Using a sifter, dust the pizza with powdered sugar directly onto the pizza, or use a stencil to create a CAUL-iday design.
