Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup smoked gouda, shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeño, sliced
  • ranch, to taste
  • cilantro, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from packaging and drizzle a layer of BBQ sauce on top.
  2. Toss 1 cup of shredded chicken breast with 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce and set aside.
  3. Top pizza with shredded mozzarella and smoked gouda cheeses. Next add the shredded BBQ chicken, red onion, green bell pepper, and jalapeño slices.
  4. Bake pizza according to package instructions. Remove from oven once cooked, drizzle with ranch and top with cilantro if desired. Enjoy!
