We topped our crispy cauliflower pizza crust with the most classic topping of all – pepperoni! We paired it with melty mozzarella and voila - a perfect spin on a classic pepperoni pie!
Crust (cauliflower, brown rice flour [may contain stabilized rice bran], white rice flour, water, cornstarch, tapioca starch, vegetable oil, dried whole egg, baking powder, xanthan gum, sugar, yeast, vinegar, salt), Sauce (water, tomato paste, granulated garlic, salt, spices, onion), Mozzarella cheese (partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme), Pepperoni (pork, beef, sea salt, natural flavours, cultured celery juice, dextrose, spices, extractives of paprika, cherry powder, lactic acid starter culture).
Contains: Egg, Milk, Mustard
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Remove pizza from carton and overwrap.
3. Place pizza directly on the middle oven rack, no pan needed!
4. Cook 11-13 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and the crust is crispy.
CAUTION: Product will be hot. Let cool before eating.
