Our “Just the Crust” plain pizza crust is a canvas waiting for your culinary inspiration. Create your own masterpiece by putting yourself in the driver’s seat—choose which toppings, which type of cheese, and how much you want to add. Whatever you decide, you can’t go wrong with this crust, which is always made with cauliflower as the first ingredient, so it’s naturally gluten-free!

Conventional oven recommended!
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Remove crust from box and overwrap.
3. Layer crust with your favourite toppings. Pro tip: Spread sauce all the way to the edge for the tastiest results!
4. Cook topped crust directly on the middle rack (no pan needed!) until cheese is golden brown and crust is crispy, typically 12-15 minutes.
5. Carefully remove pizza from oven. CAUTION: Pizza will be very hot!
6. Let stand 2–3 minutes before serving.
Do not thaw pizza before cooking. Cook from frozen. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time & oven temperature as necessary.
PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY TO 74°C (165°F) FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY.
