Weekend Pizzaz

I made this recipe to make breakfast a little more FUN!! Delicious TOO!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cauliflower Crusts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 8 oz sausage, cooked and drained
  • 4 oz bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 6 oz colby jack cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust with olive oil.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk eggs and milk. Then, cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until set, about 3-4 minutes. Eggs should be slightly under cooked as they will cook more in the oven.
  3. Sprinkle pizza with eggs. Next add sausage, red peppers, onions, and bacon. Top with cheese and lightly sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is a nice golden brown color.
  5. Rest 2-3 minutes. Slice and ENJOY!
