Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup roasted butternut squash
  • 2 ounce cranberries
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • sautéed onions
  • 1 cup kale (chopped)
  • 1 cup goat cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Meanwhile create the cranberry glaze by combining and bringing to boil the cranberries, orange juice & honey. Simmer for 15 more minutes until the cranberries burst. Scoop 1/2 cup of your cranberry sauce into a blender and add enough water to create a glaze & blend.
  3. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  4. Top your CAULIPOWER pizza crust with sautéd onions, butternut squash, chopped kale & goat cheese. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle homemade cranberry sauce glaze on top and serve.
