Ingredients

  • 1 2 Cauliflower Crusts
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (whipped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 10 -12 smoked salmon slices
  • 1/2 cup slides onion

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° then place the CAULIPOWER pizza crust directly on oven rack and bake for 12-15 mins.
  2. Combine cream cheese with chopped fresh dill and lemon juice. Once crust is baked and cooled, spread the mixture on crust.
  3. Top with smoked salmon, capers, and sliced red onion. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
