SALMON says: it’s time to switch out your boring #TacoTuesday recipe for these tasty tacos made on our cauliflower tortillas!

Ingredients

  • 3 Cauliflower Tortillas
  • salmon fillet
  • garlic powder
  • smoked paprika
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • curly kale
  • radicchio, chopped
  • mango, chopped
  • red onion, chopped
  • jalapeño
  • lime juice
  • cilantro
  • lime

Cooking Instructions

  1. First, make mango salsa by combining mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl. Mix, then set aside.
  2. Next, season salmon fillet with garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Add to a pan over medium heat.
  3. Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas from freezer, and heat according to packaging. Then, top with kale and radicchio.
  5. Remove salmon from heat and add to CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas. Top with mango salsa, serve with fresh lime wedges, and enjoy!
