Spice up your pizza night. We can't get enough of this Red Curry Pizza topped with pickled vegetables and curry yogurt sauce.

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 2 tsp Thai red curry paste
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled vegetables (radish, cucumber, carrot)
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar snap peas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • cilantro

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix 1 tsp red curry paste with 1/4 cup yogurt to make a curry yogurt sauce. Set aside.
  2. Mix 1 tsp red curry paste with 1/4 cup marinara sauce. Add more curry to taste if preferred.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  4. Remove CAULIPOWER Crust from freezer and top with curry marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and red onions.
  5. Cook the pizza for 13-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted. 
  6. Remove from oven and top with pickled vegetables and sugar snap peas. 
  7. Drizzle with curry yogurt dressing, and sprinkle with cilantro.
  8. Serve immediately.
