Power Cheese Crisp

I love a cheese crisp with tomato soup. It's better than a grilled cheese sandwich and healthy because I use Cauliflower Tortillas.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Warm a pan and melt a dab of butter in the pan. Smear the tortilla with butter.
  2. Cover with cheese...not too much. Place tortilla in pan and cook until cheese melts. Fold in half. Continue cooking until golden brown.
  3. Enjoy with tomato soup.
