Get ready for an egg-ceptional start to the day with scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, greens and crumbly goat cheese on our smart cauliflower crust. Pizza is the breakfast of champions!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup Pesto sauce
  • 4 eggs (scrambled)
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup goat cheese
  • 1 small zucchini trimmed and thinly sliced or shaved lengthwise
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° then place the CAULIPOWER pizza crust directly on oven rack and bake for 12-15 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté baby spinach, zucchini and green onion in some olive oil.
  3. Once crust is baked and cooled, spread the pesto sauce evenly then add a layer of sautéed greens. Top with crispy bacon and crumbly goat cheese.
 Close
