Ingredients
- 1 Three Cheese Stone-fired Cauliflower Crust Pizza
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 can cooked artichoke
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place 2-3 dollops of ricotta on top of a CAULIPOWER pizza, spread into a thin layer.
- Add baby spinach and cooked artichoke.
- Cook the pizza for 13-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, top with and serve immediately.
