This is one of those super easy recipes that the whole family will love! It really tastes like a cheeseburger! I love making this pizza on cauliflower crust, because I love how crisp the crust gets. It kind of reminds me of a cracker. Using cauliflower crust, also makes me feel less guilty about eating pizza.

Gluten-Free

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp granulated onion
  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • pickles
  • salt
  • pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Add ground beef to a medium skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and granulated onion. Cook until beef has browned. Once browned, use a colander to drain the grease.
  3. Next, drizzle desired amount of ketchup and mustard on top of the crust. This will be the pizza’s sauce. Use the back of a spoon to smooth, ensuring the crust is evenly covered with sauce. If you do not like mustard, please feel free to omit.
  4. Next, add ground beef to the crust. Make sure it is spread out evenly.
  5. Top pizza with cheese and a drizzle of ketchup and mustard.
  6. Bake pizza directly on the middle rack for 13 to 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted and crust is golden brown.
  7. When pizza is ready, slice into 8 pieces. Top each slice with a hamburger dill chip (aka a pickle). Enjoy!
