Missing BBQ season? Don’t fret! Meal hack your way through the seasons with this delicious and speedy recipe that will leave your taste buds satisfied. From one of our very own CAULIPOWER fans, this pizza may disappear quickly.. so you’ll want to snag a piece before serving!

PRO TIP: Add the chicken tender pieces to the pizza when it has about 5 minutes left in the oven to let it melt into the ‘za!

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from freezer and cook for 17-19 minutes, flipping halfway for optimal crispy texture. Remove from oven, let cool, and slice.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER crust from freezer. Using a large spoon, spread barbecue sauce evenly within the rim.
  4. Sprinkle the smoked Gouda cheese over the sauce, and then cover with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella. Top with red onions, and the remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella.
  5. Cook pizza for 13-16 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and top with chicken tenders and fresh cilantro. Sprinkle with parmesan if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
