Ingredients

  • 1 Three Cheese Stone-fired Cauliflower Crust Pizza
  • 2 cups kale (chopped)
  • 1 fennel (shaved)
  • 1 cup tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon
  • sprinkle of nutritional yeast
  • dash of cayenne
  • fresh chives
  • fresh dill
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper (as desired)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER Three Cheese Pizza from the box and the plastic wrapping and bake in oven for 13-15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime blend  hemp seeds, garlic, water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, dijon, nutritional yeast, cayenne, chives, dill, parsley, slat and pepper. Add the dressing to rest of the ingredients and toss in bowl.
  4. Remove pizza from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, add the tossed salad to the pizza.
  5. Serve.
