Ingredients

  • Spring mix lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Parmesan (shaved or grated)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Djion mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Bake your CAULIPOWER Cheese Pizza according to package directions until it’s crispy and golden.
  2. Make the vinaigrette: whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt & pepper until smooth.
  3. Toss the salad: in a bowl, combine spring mix and cherry tomatoes with dressing.
  4. Assemble: pile the dressed spring salad high on the warm pizza. Top with sliced avocado and shaved Parmesan. Enjoy!
