  • 1 tomato
  • 1 slice of red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 leaves of iceburg lettuce

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Heat 17 to 19 minutes.
  3. While the CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders are cooking, slice the tomato, red onion, and avocado.
  4. Remove the CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from the oven and cut each in half.
  5. Taking 2 leaves of lettuce, place the CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders, tomato, red onion, and avocado in the leaf and roll them up and enjoy!
