Carefully slice CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust into triangles and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on each triangle, front and back.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Cook CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chips and chicken.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Top with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, fresh cilantro, lime and any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
