Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add bacon to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake until desired crispiness is reached.
While bacon cooks, add olive oil and brussels sprouts to a pan over medium heat. Cook covered for about 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper, then continue cooking until sprouts are tender and begin to crisp up.
Remove pizza from freezer and discard overwrap, top with brussels sprouts then bake directly on the middle rack until crust is crispy and pizza edges are golden brown.
Crumble bacon, add to pizza, slice, then drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
