Cluckin' Good Tender Skewers and Grilled Veggies

These skewers loaded with grilled veggies & BAKED chicken tenders coated in crispy cauliflower, are the perfect dish for any weekend BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 2 bell pepper
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • skewer sticks, for assembling

Cooking Instructions

  1. Chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into bite sized pieces and arrange on skewers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook skewers on grill for about 8-10 minutes. While veggies are grilling, cook CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Chop CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders into bite sized pieces, and arrange on the end of the skewers once finished grilling. Enjoy!
