A classic favorite with a CAULI-twist! This easy Chicken (Tender) Parmesan swaps in our crispy chicken tenders for a fun, delicious take on the dish you know and love!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1.5-2 cups of mozzarella cheese
- olive oil
- small handful of fresh herbs
- salt, to taste
- red pepper flakes, to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 320°F. Toss cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until soft and juicy.
- Bake chicken tenders at 425°F for 15-17 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Place cooked chicken tenders on a plate and top with roasted tomatoes and melted cheese.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
