Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • lettuce or your favorite salad mix
  • your fave dressing

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bake CAULIPOWER Chicken Bites according to package instructions.
  2. While Chicken Bites bake, cut up bell pepper and mushrooms and cook until tender.
  3. Alternate Chicken Bites and cooked veggies onto a skewer.
  4. Plate with a bed of lettuce and drizzle your favorite sauce or dressing on top.
 Close
