Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1/3 cup white cheddar kale pesto sauce
  • 10 slices italian dry salami
  • 10-12 mini mozzarella cheese balls
  • parmesan, for garnish
  • red pepper flakes, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer and discard packaging.
  2. Top crust with sauce, salami, mozzarella, parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is crispy and mozzarella is beginning to brown.
  4. Slice and enjoy!
