Ingredients

  • 2 Cauliflower Crusts
  • low carb pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup green peppers, diced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, discard packaging, and spread pizza sauce over CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust.
  3. Top with half of the cheese. Layer spinach, mushrooms, and peppers over crust.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is crispy and golden brown.
