Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 medium sweet potato (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place the sweet potato slices in a bowl and toss with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 mins. Remove from oven. 
  3. Top CAULIPOWER pizza crust  with mozzarella cheese, sweet potato slices, kale, red onion, rosemary, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Bake for 13-15 mins.
  4. Remove from oven, cool slightly, then ENJOY!
