#SummerFridays CAUL for BBQ Brisket Pizza on the grill with America’s Favorite Cauliflower Crust!
Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
- 1 tbsp bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked bbq brisket
- cilantro for garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat grill to 425 degrees.
- Remove pizza from freezer and top with bbq sauce, mozzarella, red onion, green bell pepper, and cooked brisket.
- Cook pizza on grill for 13-16 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove pizza from grill, top with cilantro.
- Slice and serve immediately.
