Peaches on a pizza? You bet your bippy! Why stop yourself at smoothies and cobblers when you can get creative with a savory, sweet, and avo-creamy Pesto Peach Pizza that makes a meal out of summer's favorite fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 3/4 cup Pesto sauce
  • 1 peach (sliced)
  • 1 fennel (shaved)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • arugula (handful)
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 2 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup parmasean
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread the pesto sauce evenly on the CAULIPOWER pizza crust.
  4. Top with peach, fennel, red onion, parmesan and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven add the sliced avocado, arugula and pine nuts and drizzle balsamic glaze over the pizza.
 Close
